Hi, my name is Joel Hanek. Originally from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, I lived in New York City for eight years before relocating to Los Angeles where I currently reside - making me potentially the first Midwesterner to see two oceans.

I am a creative-driven & business-minded Executive Producer, Creative Development Executive & Brand Storyteller with over 15+ years of experience. As a development lead, worked directly with & developed projects for A-List YouTubers such as Bretman Rock (8.9m YT), MKBHD (17.2m YT), Yes Theory (8.39m YT), The Shluv Family (11.9m TikTok), Amelie Zilber (7m TikTok), MTV’s Wild ‘n Out Cast (12.3m YT), & more.

Co-created and produced alongside host Josh Horowitz, After Hours is the longest running Viacom digital series (now on Comedy Central) featuring A-List celebrities in digital shorts and late night style games.
